REE was conceived by the prestigious British naval architect office of Laurent Giles, and built by the renowned Italian yard Cantiere Valdettaro in 1995. The proven success of the popular design resulted in 12 hulls built from the period of 1990 and 1999. The handling, sea capability and reliability are exceptional, which REE has proven during her extensive voyages and in more than 20 ocean crossings.
Designed as the ultimate world-cruising charter yacht, she comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 cabins, and runs with 6 crew members. Her exceptionally wide hull and spacious bulkhead configuration ensure a large interior volume and maximize the comfort onboard.
Since the current ownership from 2008, REE has bee cruising extensively between her charter operating areas in the Caribbean and Mediterranean, averaging between 10 and 12 week charters per year. Under the current ownership, REE has enjoyed consistent funding for all annual maintenance work, upgrades, and refits. The yacht will be sold with a complete inventory of all charter equipment and gear, tenders and toys, and a large list of spare parts. REE complies to Lloyds A1 Class and commercially operates under a Bahamian flag.
